Ok, everybody I’m going on a diet wish me luck. Doctors say it will be better for my health but i know it’s real hard to lose and then keep it off. All the demons(meaning food craving) comes to play all the time. I hear 2 lbs a week is good. I’m gonna shoot for that. I need everyones support. Wish me luck and I’ll keep everyone up to date as we go. talk to ya soon.
