Hey I want to start talking about my weight because I think it’s important. I was 296lbs. I hated the way I look and the way my cloths felt and the way people were looking at me. So as of today I’ve lost 11lbs. which is good but I’d like to keep it going. My Goal weight is 195lbs because I’m stocky. They say I should be in the 175lb range but I think that’s unrealistic. It’s tough to lose it because everyone around you is eating regular at bad. I think one of the best things I’ve cut out is soda and high-fructose corn syrup. Man that stuff is a killer. We you drink or eat after not eating it in a long time it put you in another world.
